The hotel's location was best possible and prime, to the charging station with shopping malls and a big shopping mall within walking distance.

There was the free and plentiful breakfast and we loved the location as well.

The a twin room we stayed in was recently renovated with all amenities. The location was magnificent and the room was fairly clean.

We had a perfectly pleasant stay, the hotel was luxury, fairly clean, with best possible location easy to figure out with many trains running. Location: the property was just next door to the nearest subway station, Gangnam-Gu and Seoul during a 3 month tour of the USA. A cool bonus was nearby Terarosa Gwanghwamun, that offered tea and coffee.

Although everything was superb, some of the staff were particularly busy.

We had delicious and particularly nice breakfasts.

The hotel has a very central location to the excellent restaurants. Moreover, it is close enough to Seoul's biggest malls and an aquarium and a large library and department stores. Newly renovated and large rooms are accompanied by top-notch service.

I've had a memorable stay for a business trip. It was fairly clean, everyone was amazing and wonderful. The breakfast served was nice with a decent meal and sunny fried eggs, for instance.

Everything was simply brand-new. The hotel was clean and fairly large. The rooms were bright and fairly quiet with confortable bed and clean bathroom and huge Italian shower, just what was needed. Main bar was there.

The hotel staff were incredibly helpful and friendly throughout our stay. They really went out of their way to make us feel welcome and provide excellent service. One of the best aspects of the hotel was its convenient location. It was connected to a subway station and a large underground mall, which made it incredibly easy to explore the city and find great dining and shopping options. Another advantage we enjoyed was the cleanliness of the hotel. Despite its age, it still looked clean and well-maintained, which added to the overall pleasant experience.

The design of the hotel was a bit outdated and lacked that modern touch. It had a classic business hotel vibe that may not be appealing to travelers looking for a more contemporary atmosphere.

Every thing was absolutely fine.

The room temperature has been fixed already and was not been able to reduce it. I have asked the staff to reduce it as the weather was hot but they couldn't do it and the sent me a fan instead of fixing the AC.

The room was spacious with a stunning city view, and the cleanliness was top-notch. We particularly enjoyed spending time in the main lounge, where the staff, such as Veronica, Julie, and Hyunju. The hotel's location in the center of Gangnam made it convenient for exploring the city and accessing nearby attractions. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of delicious options, although we did experience some issues with food quality. Despite these small inconveniences, we highly recommend staying at this hotel for its great location, spacious rooms, and attentive staff.
